An Overview of Our Orthopedic Physical Therapy Facility

Chad R. Smith worked on the Orthopedic floor at Good Samaritan Hospital for 7 years during the day, while he worked in an outpatient sports physical therapy facility at night. In that time period, Chad gained the experience and knowledge and also developed a name and reputation for himself. This enabled him to start Complete Rehab and Sports PT in August 2006. Chad is currently located in the Eastern Athletic Club in Blue Point. Chad specializes in all hands-on therapies and provides manual care to all patients.

Chad is also a 20+ year Suffolk County Wrestling Varsity Official and is the Suffolk County Rules Interpreter for the Wrestling Officials Association. Chad is also the instructor for all new wrestling candidates to become wrestling officials for Section XI. Chad has officiated the highest level of wrestling competition in NY state.
